A Simple Guide to USB-C for iPhone
2 min read · 18 October 2026

The easiest way to choose a cable is to look at the charging port on the bottom of your phone.
iPhone 15 and newer
iPhone 15 and later models use USB-C. A USB-C to USB-C cable can connect one of these iPhones to a compatible USB-C power source.
Older iPhones
Older iPhones use Apple’s Lightning port. A USB-C to USB-C cable has the wrong connector for those phones, so it will not plug in.
Still unsure?
Check the port on your phone or look up its model before ordering. It is always better to check first than to end up with a cable that does not fit.
Our pastel braided USB-C cables are 1 metre long and support charging up to 60W with compatible equipment.
